Other Issues

  • On non-iPod devices, please browse to the directory you have specified on iMorphosisĄ¯s web site to access the files. Playlist support will be added in future releases.

  • On iPod devices with > 1,500 songs/items, it is not recommended to use the podcast link beta at this time. This is due to the fact that it will be very slow in updating the database. It is highly recommended that for beta-trial; please use an empty portable media player.

  • On certain iPods (Mac) we have seen that it cannot be used when it is shipped directly from Factory. Please reformat the device using iTune (Restore to factory) and it will allow the Podcastlink to access the device after it is reformatted. (If possible, you can format the iPod in Microsoft Windows. Doing so will enable dual use for your iPod). You will see USB light blinking slowly but never settle to be solid.
